Superior Pre-Stressing Properties: The pack exhibits excellent pre-stressing characteristics, enhancing its overall stability and performance.
Versatile Application: It can be utilised at a height-to-width ratio of up to 2:1, allowing for flexible and efficient deployment.
Efficient Construction: The pack design ensures simple, fast, and straightforward assembly, minimising delays in implementation.
Enhanced Fire Resistance: The timber undergoes a fire-retardant dipping process, ensuring deeper treatment penetration compared to conventional spraying methods. This significantly reduces the risk of underground fire spread.
Innovative Design Improvements: Upstands have been repositioned to the outer ends of the pack, effectively preventing the loss of fines during use.
Performance Testing: Comparative testing of the End Grain design was conducted between two different pack configurations. Results revealed that the 3-Block configuration delivered superior performance, achieving a yield capacity of up to 500 tons.
