The BossProp is a engineered elongate which consists of a steel tube and two types of timber Saligna for load bearing and Pine for yielding characteristics, fitted with a pre-stress unit. Load-carrying capacity of +20 tons and a yield
range of +350mm.
Designed to maintain a constant load due to the integration of
‘softer’ timber within the prop.
Consistent performance leads to
improved hanging wall stability.
